Every Monday at 08:00 in your family's timezone, Tutosaic emails each opted-in parent a summary of the past seven days. It is the one place that shows everything that landed, including work that never passed through the approval queue.
What it contains
- Completed assignments per student, with a comparison against the previous week.
- Assignment drafts: how many were approved and how many rejected.
- Corrections shipped.
- Still waiting in your approval queue, if anything is pending.
- Open assignment requests the agent has not fulfilled yet.
- Top weak topics to reinforce, per student, with how many assignments each was tagged on.
- A note if the agent was throttled during the week.
- A link to open the Dashboard and a link to past digests.
If nothing happened in the week, no email is sent.
Turning it on or off
The digest is on for new accounts. Each parent controls their own copy from Settings → Profile with Send me a weekly digest. Turning it off stops your email only; other parents in the family keep theirs.
Changing the send time
The digest goes out at Monday 08:00 in the Weekly digest timezone set under Family → Family. Change the timezone there if the family moves or if you want it earlier in your morning. There is no other schedule option.
The archive
Family → Digests keeps every digest that was sent, with the week it covers and when it went out. The page also shows the approval rate across archived weeks: the share of reviewed drafts that were approved, week by week and for the latest week. It is the quickest read on whether the agent is getting better.
Per-student view
The same numbers for one student, for the current week, are on that student's page and on the Dashboard home page when that student is active. The email is the family total.
Other emails from Tutosaic
Separate from the digest, you receive an email when a draft or suggested correction lands in the queue and when a student submits work. Those are controlled by Send me submission emails on the same Profile page.
