Two pages under Family answer "what has been happening and can I rely on it". Trust is the summary; Activity is the record.

Trust overview

Open Family → Trust. The page has four parts.

How your family is doing right now. The family name, its members with their roles, the parents linked, and the digest timezone.

Agent reliability, last 4 weeks. The share of reviewed drafts you approved rather than rejected. A high number means the agent's drafts match what you want; a low one means you are doing the work twice. This is the number to watch before turning on auto-approval.

Per tool this week. Each MCP tool the agent called this week, with the number of calls and how many failed. Choose Show all tools to expand the list or hide the rows with zero failures. Reads such as looking up the family context sit next to writes such as drafting an assignment.

Recent throttle events. Times the agent hit the per-family rate limit, with the tool and how long it was told to wait. Occasional entries are normal for a busy agent. A steady stream means the agent is looping; check its configuration.

Activity log

Open Family → Activity. Every meaningful event in the family is listed, newest first:

  • Parent approved a draft, parent marked an assignment corrected, parent requested an assignment, parent cancelled their request.
  • The agent drafted a new assignment, suggested a correction, read the family context snapshot, looked up top weak topics.
  • The agent hit the per-family rate limit.
  • Gate-failed drafts, with the reason.
  • Pairing codes generated, devices revoked, members invited.

Each entry shows who did it (a parent by name, an agent by its client, or the system), what it touched, and when.

Filtering

Pick a Week of to narrow the list, and a Tool to see one MCP tool only. Clear filter resets. The Dashboard's "Agent throttled this week" panel links here with the throttle filter already applied.

Exporting

Choose Export CSV to download the filtered list. The file has one row per event with actor, event, target and timestamp. Use it if you want to keep your own record or hand it to a tutor.

What is not here

Student actions in the app, such as opening or submitting an assignment, show on the assignment's timeline and on the student page rather than in the activity log. Admin actions on the Tutosaic side are recorded separately and are not shown to families.
