Tutosaic is a private learning workspace for one family. An AI agent or a tutor drafts work, you approve it, the student does it on their own device, and the results come back to you as durable progress rather than chat history.

The one rule

Nothing becomes visible to a student until a parent approves it. Every assignment draft and every suggested correction waits in your approval queue first. You can relax this later with auto-approval, but the default is always a human review.

The three surfaces

  • Dashboard is the parent web app at tutosaic.com. This is where you approve drafts, correct submissions, manage students and subjects, and connect agents.
  • Tutosaic Student is the app on the student's phone or tablet. It shows the student's inbox, lets them open an assignment, submit photos of their work, and read the correction once you return it.
  • Agents are AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex that you connect over MCP. They draft assignments, suggest corrections and keep school records up to date. They never bypass your approval unless you tell Tutosaic to let them.

One pass through the loop

  1. An agent drafts an assignment, or you ask it for one on a specific topic.
  2. The draft lands in Approval queue. You read it, then approve or reject it.
  3. Once approved, the assignment appears in the student's inbox in the Student app. The student opens it and submits photos of their work.
  4. You correct the submission from the Dashboard: a score, feedback for the student, and the weak topics you noticed. An agent can suggest a correction for you to accept or dismiss.
  5. The student sees the correction in the app. Weak topics accumulate on the Dashboard so the next draft targets what actually needs work.
  6. Every Monday, the weekly digest email summarises what landed.

Where things live in the Dashboard

The sidebar has four groups:

  • Dashboard, with Today's work and Approval queue.
  • Subjects, where each subject holds its topics and assignment history.
  • Family, with Devices, Agents, Trust, Activity and Digests.
  • Settings, with Profile, Security, Appearance and Language.

Each student also has a page of their own with pairing codes, test results, upcoming evaluations and class summaries.
