Tutosaic keeps three kinds of school records per student, all on the student's page. They give you and your agent the context that assignments alone do not: what is coming up, how past tests went, and what the tutor covered in class.

Test results

Scores from tests, quizzes or exams the student already took.

  1. On the student page, open Test results and choose Add result.
  2. Fill in Title (for example "Chapter 3 quiz"), Subject, Taken on, the Score and what it is Out of. Notes are optional.
  3. Choose Save result.

Results are listed newest first with the percentage. Delete result removes one.

Evaluations

Upcoming assessments, so the Dashboard can track progress toward them.

  1. Open Next evaluations and choose Schedule evaluation.
  2. Fill in Title, Subject, Type (quiz, test, exam, oral or project), the date it is Scheduled for and optional notes.
  3. Choose Save.

The next evaluation drives Progress Toward Next Test on the Dashboard home page. When it has happened, choose Mark complete; it moves to the Past list. You can then record its score as a test result and link the two.

Class summaries

Notes from a tutoring class or lesson: what was covered and what homework was set.

  1. Open Class summaries and choose Add summary.
  2. Fill in Held at, Subject, Topics covered (for example "Fractions, LCM"), the Summary, and optional Homework notes.
  3. Choose Save summary.

The latest summary appears in School summary on the Dashboard home page. View summaries opens the full log, filterable by subject.

Agents can write these too

Connected agents have upsert_test_result, upsert_evaluation and upsert_class_summary tools. A common setup is an agent that reads the school's own portal and mirrors grades, upcoming tests and lesson notes into Tutosaic. These writes do not go through the approval queue because they are records, not student-visible work. They are logged in Family → Activity.

Why this matters for drafts

Agents read all three records through get_family_context. A draft written the week before an exam on fractions, after a class summary that says fractions were covered, is a better draft.
